Artilife works with multiple brands on launching pre-order campaigns for quality inventory management. Some of the products are on pre-order basis where we will be bulk-ordering from the brand owner after acquiring your order placement and further distribute to you when the product reaches our hand.
Each product page shows the specific product's availability whether it is Ready Stock / Pre-Order. If the product has a "Pre-Order NOW" with estimated shipping in 3-4 weeks, it indicates that we are collecting orders from our beloved customers and making a purchase order to the brand owner as soon as possible.
If the product has an outdated shipping date, it indicates that products are yet to reach our hand or there's some glitch in our website coding (please let us know).
If the product is Ready Stock, please allow 2 working days to prepare your order before we send it off. Your order will be shipped via registered postage and a tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notification card advising you how you can arrange for re-delivery or retrieve the parcel at the nearest delivery office.
We offer free delivery with no minimum spend within West Malaysia and your order will be sent out via our logistic partners in most instances. For East Malaysia, we charge accordingly based on the parcel size (actual weight/volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and your order will be sent out via Pgeon. Your order should reach you within approximately 5 working days (West Malaysia) or 7 working days (East Malaysia) and a signature may be required on receipt, subject to Ready Stock products.
International Delivery (Singapore)
We offer delivery service to Singapore as well. If you wanted your order to ship to Singapore, please select delivery country to Singapore during checkout page. Your order will be sent out via Ninja Van in most instances. We charge accordingly based on the parcel size (actual weight/volumetric weight (whichever is higher). Your order should reach you within approximately 7 working days and a signature may be required on receipt, subject to Ready Stock products.
Track Your Order
To track your order, you will need the tracking number that we sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
